Draw out the perimeter of the field you plan to map using the drone flight control software. You can create no-fly zones and irregular shaped fields are not a problem. The software automatically creates the flight path. You will be able to see flight distances and estimated flight times.

Upload the flight plan to the drone and push the button to send the drone on the route. You will need to change batteries about every 40 minutes and you can cover approximately 800 acres an hour. The drone maintains a height of about 225 feet above the field and maps at a speed of around 30 mph, and can handle wind speeds of more than 20 mph.
